At Water eStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hydration solutions and home water systems. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all filters, components, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
